On my daily commute I often pass or get passed by a guy in a black GMC Sierra of this vintage. It looks bone stock, but in nearly showroom condition. The dude and I obviously live in the same town and work in the same one, so I know he’s putting around 9,000 miles a year on it in commuting alone.
Every time I see him I marvel at how well he’s kept that truck while still using it regularly.
